Each vendor is local to Lady Smith Manor and all products are made by local artisans or vintage inspired local businesses.
Our amazing vendors include pottery, sweet treats, holiday wreaths, jewelry, beeswax products and vintage treasures.

Why do I have to reserve a ticket?
To ensure we are able to implement social distancing, we ask that you reserve your FREE ticket based on your arrival time.
This way we are able to spread the arrival of guests throughout the day and ensure that we don’t have too any people in the Manor at one time.
How much does it cost for admission?
Admission to the Christmas Market is FREE.
We just ask that you reserve your ticket to ensure we can manage our social distancing protocols. Please reserve your ticket here:
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in the window of time noted on your ticket.
For example: If you reserved a ticket for arrival between 10am and 11am please arrive anytime between those two times.
Is the Christmas Market inside or outside?
All the local artisan and vintage inspired booths and the Family Christmas Photo Booth will be inside.
We will have a cozy fire with benches and blankets and a Hot Chocolate & Apple Cider Bar outside.
What Social Distancing & COVID-19 measures will be in place?
To protect you and others from getting sick we will have a one way path around the market that will be indicated by arrows on the floor.
Hand sanitizer and masks will be available and we ask everyone to maintain a distance of 2 metres/6 feet. If you are unable to maintain this distance we ask you to wear a face mask.
We will also managing the number of people in the Manor at one time.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, and you’re very welcome to bring your fur baby to enjoy the Market outside. Unfortunately no pets are allowed inside the Manor.
Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Will there be refreshments available?
We will have an outside Hot Chocolate & Apple Cider Bar for you to enjoy a warm drink by the fire.
Warm Yummy Treats will also be available.
Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?
Due to ongoing renovations Lady Smith Manor is currently NOT wheelchair accessible and our washrooms are on the second floor.
This will change in 2021 when the Manor will be accessible by wheelchair and ground floor washrooms will be available.
Are washrooms available?
Due to the ongoing renovations our only washrooms are currently on the second floor.
In 2021 our ground floor washrooms will be open.
Where should I park?
Some parking is available on the driveway, and further parking is available around the village with a short walk to the Manor.
Can I have more than one photo taken at the photo booth?
You are welcome to have more than one photo taken in the photo booth. Each sitting is $10.
For example: If you had a photo with Mum, Dad & the kids and then a second photo with just the kids it would be $20.
All money raised will be donated to Vintage Dorchester.
