How much does it cost for admission?
Admission to the Summer Market is $5 per person. 12 Years and under are FREE.
To ensure we can manage our social distancing protocols all tickets will be allocated based on arrival time.
All tickets are non-refundable (Except in the case where the Market is shut down by NB Government order due to COVID or you live in Nova Scotia or PEI and the borders remain closed.)
What happens if the Market is closed due to COVID?
If we are required to close the Market on the New Brunswick Government orders due to COVID all tickets will be refunded.
What happens if I live in Nova Scotia or PEI and the borders remain closed on 24th & 25th July?
If you live in Nova Scotia or PEI, and the border remains closed on 24th & 25th July 2021, we will refund any ticket purchases.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in the window of time noted on your ticket.
For example: If you reserved a ticket for arrival between 10am and 11am please arrive anytime between those two times.
Is the Summer Market inside or outside?
The Summer Market will be both inside and outside.
We will have some vendors inside, with other vendors and all activities and refreshments outside.
What Social Distancing & COVID-19 measures will be in place?
To protect you and others from getting sick social distancing is mandatory both inside and outside.
Hand sanitizer and masks will be available and masks must be worn at all times.
We will also managing the number of people in the Manor, and on the property, at any one time.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, and you’re very welcome to bring your fur baby to enjoy the Market outside. Unfortunately no pets are allowed inside the Manor.
Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Will there be refreshments available?
We will have a Tea Tent, Ice Cream and Sweet Treats for you to enjoy.
Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?
Due to ongoing renovations Lady Smith Manor is currently NOT wheelchair accessible.
This will change in the future when the Manor will be accessible by wheelchair.
Are washrooms available?
Washrooms are available on the ground level of the Manor. Unfortunately due to current renovation work the Manor is not wheelchair accessible.
Where should I park?
No vehicles will be permitted on the premises during the Market. Parking is available around the village with a short walk to the Manor.
