Each of our markets is carefully curated to create a unique experience where friends, old & new, family and the local community can come together to enjoy tradition at its best, with a nostalgic experience for young and old alike.

WIFI, Electricity, Storage & Light Refreshments Provided

All booths have access to WIFI, & electricity as required. We also provide storage space during the market, and light refreshments for you to enjoy.

Booth Design & Furniture Included

We work with you to design your booth, & provide all the furniture, so all you have to do is set up your products.

Indoor & Outdoor Booths

Inside and outside booths are available. (Outside booths at our Christmas Market are heated)

Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must be local artisans, makers or merchants

We only accept vendors whose products are handmade, locally produced or vintage inspired.

Vendors must have an active Facebook, Instagram or Etsy store

All vendors must be actively using Facebook, Instagram or Etsy to share, promote and market their business.

Booths are individually designed & decorated for each vendor

We work with you to design a booth that gives you everything you need to display your treasures.

To ensure continuity of our theme all tables, dressers, décor & display items, and name sign, will be provided for you.

No plastic signs, banners or tables are allowed. All additional décor or display items must be approved by Lady Smith Manor.

All booths must remain open for the full 2 days, and have sufficient stock for full market hours

All Vendors are required to ensure their booth is open for the full 2 days and that they have sufficient stock for the 1000+ visitors who attend our markets.

We ask vendors to split their stock across the two days to ensure that they have stock to sell until the market closes. Vendors can also pre-sell items to be delivered or picked up on future dates.

Vendors may only sell items that have been listed on their application

Only items listed on a vendor's application, and have previously been approved, may be sold on a vendor's booth.

All booths must be set up no later than 30 mins prior to the market opening & no tear down is allowed until the market ends.

Set up is on the day before the market & on the morning of the first day of the market. All booths MUST be set up no later than 30 mins before the market opens. No tear down is allowed until the market closes on the second day.

Vendors are expected to share & promote the market on their social media platforms

We work hard to promote our markets and use various social media & advertising platforms. A webpage is created for each market with info for visitors, including vendor logos and links to vendor social media pages. We also create a Facebook Event and send out social media graphics that vendors can use.

We also advertise using Facebook ads & groups, newspaper features, NB Tourism platforms and posters & flyers.

All vendors are sent the links and asked to share on their social media pages.

All vendors are required to provide their own insurance & comply with provincial regulations

Lady Smith Manor's liability does not extend coverage to vendors and so vendors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance.

All vendors must comply with current provincial COVID regulations, and booths with food must comply with provincial food regulations.

Lady Smith Manor does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal effects.

Vendors are provided with WIFI, Electricity, light refreshments & storage space

All booths have WIFI, and electricity is provided on request. Light refreshments, snacks, tea, coffee, water etc. are provided for vendors, and storage is available for vendors to use during the market.

No Smoking is allowed on the property & no open flamed candles are allowed inside the building without permission

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Lady Smith Manor property, including outside. No open flamed candles are allowed inside the Manor without permission.

All vendors are expected to abide by the rules of the Market. Lady Smith Manor reserves the right to ask vendors to leave the market area if a vendor fails, or refuses, to abide by the rules.

Sending in an application doesn't guarantee acceptance

All applications will be reviewed and you will contacted to let you know if your application has been successful.
Lady Smith Manor reserves the right to limit the number of vendors within a certain product category, and decline an application if it deems the action is in the best interest of the market.

Vendor Booths are $150 for each two day market

No money is required with this application. Upon acceptance we will require full payment to reserve your booth.
Our markets are rain or shine and no refunds will be given.
