Exclusive use of Lady Smith Manor, the gardens for the weekend, along with full use of The Thirsty Whippet Pub the Manor Terrace. and three luxurious suites.

Access to Full Decor & Furniture Inventory

Full access to our bespoke inventory, including chairs, tables, couches, dressers, wine barrels, tableware, glassware, decor, arches etc.

Wedding Planner

Your very own personal wedding planner and “day of” coordinator. We pride ourselves on being able to translate your vision, and deliver it on your big day.

Whether it’s a big part of the plan, or the tiniest creative detail, we’ve got you covered.

Custom Design

We are passionate about creative detail and love to bring people’s dream wedding alive with personalized decor, custom created and inspired by their own story.
A personalized inspiration board is created, and each part of your decor is custom designed for your theme.

We also incorporate any personal decor items that you wish to include.

Lighting & Sound Equipment

From string lights to LED candles we have lights to create the perfect romantic ambiance. Not forgetting the stunning chandeliers throughout the Manor.

We also provide speakers with stands and a microphone for those all important speeches.

Set Up & Tear Down

We do it all for you!

We’ll set everything up and ensure that each piece of furniture, decor item & detail (no matter how small) is set up to be absolutely perfect.

At the end of the day we will take everything down so you don’t have to worry about it.

Friday night dinner at the pub! Sounds good doesn't it?
We would love to arrange dinner for you at The Thirsty Whippet Pub on the night before your special day.
We will work with your caterer to create the perfect menu to be enjoyed with a beer or a cocktail at the bar.

Sunday Morning Brunch

Continental breakfast is included for all overnight guests, but if you'd like to host a Sunday Brunch for your guests before you say goodbye, we'd love to help you plan it.
We will work with your caterer to create the perfect Sunday morning where you can relax and enjoy being surrounded by the people you love.

Catering

We work with some incredibly talented caterers and would love to share them with you.
Whether you're looking for appies, buffet or family style, a full sit down dinner, BBQ, a pig roast, an afternoon tea, or something completely different, we can help.

A wide menu of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available at The Thirsty Whippet Pub for you and your guests to enjoy.

Photography

Choosing a photographer is a a big decision and something very personal. You need to be able to trust them to photograph your big day beautifully, and also feel comfortable to be yourself with them behind the camera.
We work with some of the best photographers in the area and would love to give you our recommendations for finding the perfect one for you.

About the “Exclusively Yours” Weekend Package

What time does the "Exclusively Yours" Weekend package start and end?

Lady Smith Manor is exclusively yours from Noon on the Friday until Noon on the Sunday.

You’re welcome to arrive anytime after Noon on Friday and we kindly ask you to finish up your celebrations by Noon on the Sunday.

Can we visit the Manor?

We would love to welcome you to the Manor and show you everything it has to offer.

Contact us today to book a time for you to drop by to enjoy Tea and a guided tour of the Manor and the property.

What is the maximum number of people that Lady Smith Manor can hold for a wedding?

We currently have a maximum of 60 guests for the ceremony and reception.

How many people can Lady Smith Manor accommodate overnight?

We have three individually designed luxury suites each with ensuite bathrooms.

The three suites accommodate 6 people overnight.

Can you accommodate camper vans?

We have space at the end of the driveway to accommodate camper vans. Please ask us for more information.

Can I bring my pet?

We love pets, but unfortunately no pets are allowed in the Manor.

Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Are candles allowed to be used at the Manor?

For safety reasons no open flamed candles are allowed in the Manor. We have beautiful LED candles that can be used instead.

Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Lady Smith Manor and much of the gardens are wheelchair accessible.

Can you organize other vendors for me? i.e caterer, florist, photographer etc

We would be very happy to organize other vendors for you to make your experience completely stress free.

We work with some of the best vendors in this area and will work with you to ensure they deliver your vision within your budget.

Where is The Thirsty Whippet pub?

The Thirsty Whippet pub is located inside Lady Smith Manor.

Are You LGBTQ+ Friendly?

Absolutely.

Love is love and we welcome everyone to the Manor.

Catering and Drinks

Is alcohol allowed at Lady Smith Manor?

Lady Smith Manor and The Thirsty Whippet Pub are licensed and so we have a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks on our menu for you and your guests to enjoy.

No outside liquor is allowed on the premises.

What drinks are included in the package?

Water, ice, and lemons and limes for the bar are included in the package price.

We can also provide soft drinks, juice, mixers, coffee and tea. These drinks are charged on a “per use” basis. Please ask us for our drinks price list.

Can I use my own caterer?

Absolutely. You are very welcome to bring in your own caterer for your wedding.

We work with some amazing caterers and so if you are looking for someone to create something special that will have your guests talking for months to come, we can help.

We would be happy to give you our recommendations, or help you organize the best caterer for your special day.

Do you have a prep kitchen for caterers to use?

Yes, we have a prep kitchen for caterers to plate and heat food.
