Join Chantal Larocque of Paper & Peony for a 2 hour workshop where you will create a beautiful Victorian Inspired Mini-Wreath with paper blooms!
In collaboration with The Lady Smith Manor, New Brunswick artist and best selling author Chantal Larocque will be teaching you how to make fabulous paper flowers and style them on a mini grapevine wreath. Perfect for your home or office decor! Chantal can’t wait to share with you her secret tips on how she designed paper floral compositions for the Gala Prix Gémeaux 2019, Canada Post Stamps, Golden Globes Celebrity Gift Suite on Rodeo Drive and clients such as CHANEL, DIOR, and Champagne, Perrier-Jouët!
During this 2 hours workshop, you will create a beautiful Victorian Inspired 6” diameter grapevine wreath by learning the techniques to make the following paper flowers: The Dahlia and The Royal Rose from Chantal’s book “Bold & Beautiful Paper Flowers” and her new Wild Rose bloom.
Once all the flowers are done, Chantal will share with you tips to mount your flowers on the grapevine wreath and embellish with different types of greenery.
All materials will be supplied – you only need to bring your imagination!
After the class, students will be able to leave with:

– Bonus Kit of DIY Paper Dahlia to practice at home
