How much does it cost for admission?
Admission to the Christmas Market is $5 per person.
12 Years and under are FREE. (No ticket is required for under 12s)
To ensure the best experience for all our guests tickets will be allocated based on arrival time.
All tickets are non-refundable.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in the window of time noted on your ticket.
For example: If you reserved a ticket for arrival between 10am and 11am please arrive anytime between those two times.
You are welcome to stay as long as you like.
Is the Christmas Market inside or outside?
Most of the local artisan and vintage inspired booths will be inside with a few outside.
The cozy fire, Hot Chocolate & Apple Cider Bar with seating, Family Christmas Photo Booth, Christmas Tree Decorating and Cookie decorating will be outside.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, and you’re very welcome to bring your fur baby to enjoy the Market outside. Unfortunately no pets are allowed inside the Manor.
Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Will there be refreshments available?
We will have an outside Hot Chocolate & Apple Cider Bar for you to enjoy a warm drink by the fire, along with alcoholic drinks in the Beer Garden.
Warm yummy treats will also be available and several of our vendors will be serving food and sweet treats.
Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?
Due to ongoing renovations Lady Smith Manor is currently NOT wheelchair accessible.
Are washrooms available?
Washrooms are available on the ground floor.
Where should I park?
No vehicles will be permitted on the premises during the Market.
Parking is available around the village with a short walk to the Manor.
