How much does it cost for admission?
Admission to the Summer Market is $5 per person. 12 Years and under are FREE. (No ticket is required for under 12s)
To ensure we can manage our social distancing protocols all tickets will be allocated based on arrival time.
All tickets are non-refundable (Except in the case where the Market is shut down by NB Government order due to COVID)
What happens if the market is closed due to COVID?
If we are required to close the Market on the New Brunswick Government orders due to COVID all tickets will be refunded.
What Social Distancing & COVID-19 measures will be in place?
To protect you and others we will have a one way path around the market that will be indicated by arrows on the floor, and social distancing is mandatory both inside and outside.
Hand sanitizer and masks must be worn at all times inside.
We will also managing the number of people in the Manor, and on the property, at any one time.
As we are a market proof of vaccination is not required.
Is Proof of Vaccination Required?
We have confirmed with the NB Government that as we are a market, proof of vaccination is NOT required.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in the window of time noted on your ticket.
For example: If you reserved a ticket for arrival between 10am and 11am please arrive anytime between those two times.
Is the Christmas Market inside or outside?
Most of the local artisan and vintage inspired booths, and the Family Christmas Photo Booth will be inside.
We will have a cozy fire, a Hot Chocolate & Apple Cider Bar and a few vendors outside.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, and you’re very welcome to bring your fur baby to enjoy the Market outside. Unfortunately no pets are allowed inside the Manor.
Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Will there be refreshments available?
We will have an outside Hot Chocolate Bar for you to enjoy a warm drink by the fire.
Yummy Treats will also be available on several of our vendor booths.
Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?
Due to ongoing renovations Lady Smith Manor is currently NOT wheelchair accessible.
Are washrooms available?
Washrooms are available on the ground floor.
Where should I park?
No vehicles will be permitted on the premises during the Market. Parking is available around the village with a short walk to the Manor.
