Enjoy meandering through the local artisans & vintage inspired vendor booths, treat yourself to a cool, creamy ice cream at our Ice Cream Bar, sit for a while under our big oak trees, explore the Market with our “Secret Garden” Scavenger Hunt and get the perfect family photo at our unique photo booth.

The Market will feature a carefully curated selection of local artisans and vintage inspired vendors to give you the opportunity to shop the best quality, unique products.
Each vendor is local to Lady Smith Manor and all products are made by local artisans or vintage inspired local businesses.
You will find interesting curiosities & pretty vintage treasures, homewares & accessories, beautiful handmade jewelry, candles & décor, artwork, farm fresh produce, delicious food & drink, embroidery & fibre art, leather craft, pottery, natural bath and body products, flowers and much more.

Come together with friends, old and new, family and the local community to celebrate Summer.
Spend time together, browse the vintage stalls, stroll through the garden, explore the Market with our "Secret Garden" Scavenger Hunt, meet the miniature horses, enter our "Secret Garden" Costume Competition, discover the winner of our Mystery Ice Cream Flavour, enjoy a creative vintage paint workshop and sit a while under our big oak trees.

The new flavour will be exclusively served at our Summer Market along with other delicious Sussex Ice Cream flavours.

“Secret Garden” Costume Competition
Enter our “Secret Garden” costume competition and show off your most creative “Secret Garden” inspired clothes, hat, accessories or whatever you’d like to wear.
Come dressed to impress, take a photo at our unique photo booth and enter your “Secret Garden” costume to win.

How much does it cost for admission?
Admission to the Summer Market is $5 per person. 12 Years and under are FREE.
All tickets will be allocated based on arrival time. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.
All tickets are non-refundable.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in the window of time noted on your ticket.
For example: If you reserved a ticket for arrival between 10am and 11am please arrive anytime between those two times.

Do I need a different ticket for the Vintage Garden Themed "Make and Take" Craft Workshop?
Yes, if you’d like to reserve a seat at our Vintage Garden Themed “Make & Take” Craft Workshop you need to buy a Workshop ticket in advance.
Tickets are $25 and include your seat at the Workshop and entry to the Market and can be found here: Summer Market Tickets
If you buy a Workshop ticket you don’t need to buy an additional ticket for entry into the Market as entry is included.
Is the Summer Market inside or outside?
The Summer Market will be both inside and outside.
We will have some vendors inside, with other vendors and all activities and refreshments outside.
What COVID measures will be in place?
Lady Smith Manor follows the NB Government COVID-19 Guidelines.
Masks are optional.
Hand sanitizer and masks will be available.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, and you’re very welcome to bring your fur baby to enjoy the Market outside. Unfortunately no pets are allowed inside the Manor.
Is there a designated "No Smoking" area at the Manor?
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Will there be refreshments available?
We will have water available, along with our Ice Cream Bar, Tea Tent and various vendors selling yummy treats for you to enjoy.
Is Lady Smith Manor wheelchair accessible?
Due to ongoing renovations Lady Smith Manor is currently NOT wheelchair accessible.
This will change in the future when the Manor will be accessible by wheelchair.
Are washrooms available?
Washrooms are available on the ground level of the Manor. Unfortunately due to current renovation work the Manor is not wheelchair accessible.
Where should I park?
No vehicles will be permitted on the premises during the Market. Parking is available around the village with a short walk to the Manor.
